Timer is paused in the background
Check your browser's notification and background activity permissions for Odakoo. On mobile devices, battery saver mode can limit tab activity.
I can't join a room
Check if the room is password-protected or private. Make sure the invite code is current; if the problem persists, ask the room owner for a new code.
I can't log in to my account with a password
If you created your account with Google, sign in with Google first. Then you can set a password in account settings.
I need more support
